The Financial Reality for Women as We Age

Why I’m taking the challenge.

At 58, I’m in an age group increasingly at risk of homelessness. As a woman, I’m particularly aware of the financial vulnerability that can come with time spent out of the workforce caring for family. Those years of unpaid caring can have a lasting impact on income, superannuation and financial security later in life.

Rising living costs, housing pressures, illness, job loss or unexpected life changes can leave anyone without a safe place to call home.

I’m taking the Sudsy Challenge to raise awareness and funds for people experiencing homelessness.

Please donate, share or follow along. Together, we can help ensure fewer people face homelessness alone.

I’m keeping my kit on for The Sudsy Challenge!

I'm not changing my clothes for three days to help change the lives of people experiencing homelessness.

This September, I'll be taking on The Sudsy Challenge to raise funds and awareness for Orange Sky - an organisation providing access to free laundry, warm showers and genuine conversation.

Every dollar makes a difference, and I'd love if you could support me by making a donation!
